These Terms of Service govern your use of Pro Ball Daily, including our website, mobile web app, features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Pro Ball Daily content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, investment, gambling, or professional advice, and no outcome or performance is guaranteed.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only where your use is lawful.

3) Payments and Billing

Paid plans, if offered, are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date according to the provider's flow.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, disrupt operations, or violate applicable law.

5) Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the Service, including branding, design, software, and content, is owned by Pro Ball Daily and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit content without written permission.

6) Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties for core operations (including hosting, analytics/logging, authentication, data storage, and payments). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions beyond our reasonable control.

8) Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) during the 12 months before the claim.
