What is the MLB Power Index?
The Pro Ball Daily Power Index is a proprietary team rating system for the MLB. It uses an 8-component scoring model that evaluates recent win percentage, margin of victory, strength of schedule, streak momentum, home/away performance, offensive rating, defensive rating, and pace. Rankings are recalculated daily after games conclude. Currently, San Francisco Giants leads with a Power Score of 67.
